Great location if you want to be in town. It was a noisy because of the downtown clubs. There was NO hot water.

Great location near all beaches. The owner truly loves having people stay there!! Breakfast in the morning was nice and fresh!! The pool was great. Look up in the trees. Only thing I would recommend would be mosquito nets in every room.

Depend which room you get

great looking hotel, They have rooms with air condition which I did not use. I had a room with fan only however the windows had no screen. Despite keeping all my window closed the mosquitos and other insects got me all over. I would only recommend only if getting rooms with AC. They had WIFI however needed to delete the old wifi file every time I left the room in order to reconnect. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Not what you’d expect from the description

Do not stay here if you are looking for a peaceful nights sleep. If you want quick access to the strip then it’s perfect but the clubs stay open until 5am and the music can be heard through the hotel. The rooms were big but in great need of renovation.

Great if you’re here for the party

The hotel is right on the strip, and the strip is party time. If you’re going to be joining the party it’s very well placed, if you’re not it’s noisy. The rooms are quirky, pretty and rustic. There is no longer a bar or restaurant, but you can buy breakfast and the reception area has coffee and hot chocolate all day.

This place is amazing we very much enjoyed our stay the rooms were great the staff was awesome. There are two sloth living in the Courtyard very cool I would stay here every time I am in the area thank you very much

One of my favorite hotels

This place was awesome very good staff rooms were very clean swimming pools were very nice had breakfast there and it was great staff was very very helpful you can pretty much walk anywhere you want to go. There are sloth living right on the property. The View was good I enjoyed everything about the place I highly recommend it

Lovely for as long as u don’t need any assistance

Things can happen to anyone.. paid 2 nights for my niece&boybried. Everything was great until they had to ask for help to the owner of the hotel. they were left without money after another local business charged them wrong leaving them without cash ,meanwhile they asked the owner if it was possible to borough bikes, he didn’t just say no... he was nasty about it. After knowing they did not had money on them he then decided to treat them as second class citezen.. removed them from the bar where they were seating trying to solve the issue (8:00am) almost denied them a glass of water. They had a check out at 10:00 and it was 8 when the owner was already treating them badly. They didn’t even had breakfast that morning and were so ashamed by the way they were treated that decided to check out beforetime even without a shower. I can’t imagen how this man would treat you if you were stock in trouble and needed a phone call to your home country, no a way to treat your customers or anybody. Make sure if you go there you have lots of money and a plan in case something like loosing your wallet happens, what ever you do don’t let this hotel know you don’t have plenty money there with you or you are in trouble. this was the owner so no one higher to complaint to.

Stay away from this horrible place!

Pros: downtown location, great staff, breakfast (but not included in the rate). Comfortable bed. Quiet. Cons: Horrible room: it had a terrible naphthalene smell. Room status overall. Bathroom. Jacuzzi didn't work. Tube full of fungus. Electricity outlets not working. Expensive based on the room condition There are more better options in the area. Stay away from here!!!
