L'hotel n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles
Publié le 15 déc. 2019 sur HotelsHotel bruyant (restaurant en bas coté fleuve). Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles (fruits frais souvent limites), plats chauds qui ne donnent pas envie, propreté à revoir

I regret that our service and standards did not meet your expectations on this occasion and your stay was not as enjoyable as it might have been.

The staff was extremely helpful with giving directions and calling the local tourist company when we had questions. The property is a great location to walk along to the Esplanade. We walked to dinner every night. The facility is very clean as well.

Highly recommend. Wharf to Greenislands is right behind the hotel. Amazing ambiance and breakfast.
