Clean room, comfy beds, great amenities. Overall great hotel for our family kids loved it. Buffet breakfast is extensive, however there’s isn’t any whole food or sourdough options. And the GF selection is dismal and disappointing. So we all had tummy aches from the food. Stick to the fruit.

Even though the hotel is a bit older and some areas feel slightly dated, it’s still a good hotel overall. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the location is excellent, and breakfast offers a good variety. Some areas could be better maintained and cleaned, but overall, it’s a pleasant stay.

While the property and facilities were of a high standard, we were extremely disappointed with the time it took to check in to the resort. We stood in a long line for 30mins waiting to be served due to limited staff. This left us somewhat frustrated with our accommodation before we had even been given a room key.

The breakfast and the pool were both outstanding. Staff greeting the breakfasts guests were friendly (Melanie in particular) and added a good start to the day. The cleaning staff worked hard especially while guests were out. Lovely to come back to after a day in the heat. There were two minor issues which when reported, the handyman promptly fixed both issues the same day. The meals provided during the day and at night were not up to the same standard as the breakfast. We ended up going to external restaurants to eat. Outside the hotel there is accumulated garden rubbish/branches that should be removed as it lowers the look of the hotel, compared to the standard inside the Hotel.

It is wonderfully located, the perfect distance from the noise, but only two short blocks from the coast. Cafes, restaurants and the night markets are really close And the buffet breakfast, whilst predictably chaotic at times as there's lots of families) was wholesome and varied enough to be a great bonus.
