The Space:

On the lower level, lounge in the open-plan living area, where two sofas and sculptural armchairs invite you to unwind with your favourite TV shows. The main TV is connected to a Nintendo Switch with five loaded games plus more available on the console and accessories neatly stored in the drawer beneath. Prepare gourmet meals in the designer kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, a marble island, and a butler’s pantry. Share meals at the dining table for eight or savour an alfresco BBQ on the patio. If you're not heading out to the beach, unwind on the sun loungers or enjoy a refreshing swim in the perfectly balanced heated pool, which also features a smaller kids’ area and fun pool accessories.



The lower level also features the primary suite, a serene retreat with a king bed, TV, and a walk-in wardrobe. Step outside to a private patio, where black wire chairs invite you to savour your morning coffee. Indulge in the ensuite with a freestanding soaking tub, dual vanities and a rainfall shower for a spa-like escape. Nearby, the versatile fifth bedroom doubles as a workspace by day and a cosy retreat by night, with a sofa bed that unfolds into a double bed. Completing this level, a half bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer offer added convenience during your stay.



On the upper level, escape to the second lounge, where plush seating and a TV set the stage for late-night movies. Step onto the private balcony, sink into the rattan chairs and sip fine wine as golden light filters through the greenery. Nearby, the second queen bedroom offers an ensuite with a freestanding bathtub. The third queen bedroom and the fourth bedroom with a double bed provide peaceful sanctuaries, styled with soothing décor. After a beach day, refresh under the rainfall shower in the family bathroom.



With central air conditioning, ceiling fans in every bedroom, and secure parking for three vehicles, this home offers a seamless retreat in Palm Cove. You’ll also find a great selection of board games and two scooters with helmets, perfect for exploring the neighbourhood or enjoying relaxed afternoons together.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Step onto Palm Cove’s pristine shoreline just moments from your door, where gentle waves invite you in for a morning swim and sunrise strolls beneath swaying palms offer the perfect start to your day. A six-minute drive takes you to the vibrant waterfront dining precinct, home to acclaimed restaurants like Temple of Tastes for bold Asian fusion, Nu Nu for refined Australian cuisine, and Vivo for fresh seafood. Enjoy a laid-back coffee at The Beach Hut before heading to the nearby Palm Cove Jetty for a scenic sunset walk. For everyday essentials, Clifton Village Shopping Centre is just five minutes away.



Getting Around:

Parking: There are three free parking spots available—one in the garage and two spaces on the driveway.



Airport: 25 minutes by car, or 55 minutes by bus (including a 10-minute walk).



Public Transport: 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

This home is located in a quiet, gated community with peaceful neighboring properties. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of their noise levels at all times in order to respect the tranquility of the area.
