They simply didn't check me in! They rejected the booking confirmation, leaving me stranded in Cairo at nearly midnight to find a new room. Worst of all, they have still not refunded my money after more than a week - terrible. I will contact all relevant authorities to recover my funds from Hotels.com.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. I want to thank Ali, Ziad, and Mohamed for their warm welcome and excellent hospitality they truly made me feel at home. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism.
