Accueil rapide, personnel très speed qui n’a pas le
Temps.
Aucune empreinte de carte bleue prise à l’arrivé ce qui nous fait payer à chaque room service, sans pouvoir profiter du repas directement, 10min après le butler arrive avec la machine, système à revoir lorsque l’on réserve via Expédia, nous avons eu cette expérience dans d’autre hôtel du Caire et avons eu la carte prise a l’arrivée pour être tranquille,
Pas de communication à la piscine, nous voulions un cocktail mais pas de personnel pour nous prendre la commande.

Très proche du musée du Caire.excellent petit déjeuner.personnel tres prevenent.
Petite piscine.Situation bruyante.
