Too slow checking out service because of the bar c
Publié le 16 juin 2023 sur HotelsVery convinient for early flights, but Check out takes a lot of time. The Room bar is the cause as once you are in the front dedk they send someone to audit the fridge bar. Please empty the fridge bar and offer room services on request.
You may miss your flight because of that.

Hôtel a proximité de l'aéroport. On est arrivés presque à minuit et très fatigué de notre voyage, l'accueil était très courtois et la chambre confortable. L'eau chaude et le WiFi fonctionnent très bien. On nous a même proposé de partir un peu plus tard le lendemain sans frais. Vraiment super!

Good for 1 night to reach the airport
Publié le 9 avr. 2022 sur Hotels- ideal when you need to catch an early flight or land late at Cairo airport. Free shuttle bus from/to the airport every 30 minutes.
- the staff is nice and speaks good English (rare in Egypt)
- food from the room service was disgusting
- clean as per Egyptian standards
- it took forever to check in as per a long queue at the reception. Also took forever to check out as they need to send someone inspect the room before you leave so allow it 20 minutes at least.
- the hotel is fairly calm, you don't hear the planes at all.
