We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the views are incredible—you can see the new museum and even the pyramids. The staff truly made the experience special. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 1 AM, and they still helped us get food and served us at the hotel. That level of care made us feel at home right away. The room was very comfortable for our family of four, with two king-size beds, and the rooftop breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was so professional, knowledgeable, personable, and kind. As an American I felt very safe at this hotel even during recent high tension times last week. The food is made fresh daily. Great roof top views to Pyramids and directly across from GEM. Free ride from airport is a plus. Trust me…use their drivers only.

The staff- Hana,Sandra,Karan,Ahmed,Ali, the entire team were so special!! They accommodated any request. They helped with Ubers, pharmacy needs, museum tickets. They were wonderful! Breakfast was healthy, with many selections to accommodate dietary needs. Management should be commended for hiring such a lovely group of people to look after their guests. I highly recommend without any hesitation this hotel. I stayed for a whole week. Loved the view of the pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum from my room and the rooftop terrace for breakfast. Clean room with a spectacular view. If you can get one of the room with a terrace, I highly recommend. We felt well taken care of by the staff who were super accommodating. The area around is a bit run down like much of Giza, but with a quick Uber ride, which is easy to get, you can be in either West Cairo or downtown Cairo.

This is near the Grand Pyramid Museum, the view from my balcony was breathtaking. The view of the Pyramids on a clear morning was to die for. The room was spacious and nice, very happy with the bed, it was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to get us what we wanted. Loved it. Would definitely return, ohh and food was excellent, fresh off the grill, breakfast was so plentiful and delicious. Very good place to stay.

The staff were excellent, genuinely friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help. The hotel even arranged a complimentary airport pickup for us. Our flight was delayed by over three hours, yet the driver remained patient and accommodating throughout. They also offer a range of tours and activities, including quad biking around the pyramids at sunset, which I would highly recommend. The hotel is located opposite the Grand Egyptian Museum, though I would suggest taking an Uber to get there as crossing the busy road can be difficult due to the central barrier. The surrounding area feels safe, although it is still developing. That said, it is easy to see how it will improve further as the area is prime location for development.

The staff were very welcoming and gave clear and helpful answers to our questions. The room was spotless and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the shower had a variety of settings which was lovely. A plentiful and varied breakfast was served at the upper floor which has a terrace with a magnificent view overlooking the Great Egyptian Museum. It was possible to order dinner in the hotel and this proved to be a delicious meal. There was also the possibility of booking a taxi for our early start to the airport and we were given breakfast boxes to eat at the airport. A very enjoyable stay and highly recommended.
