This modern ground-floor apartment with a private terrace is just a 1-minute walk from Calafell Beach!

The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom has a trundle bed. It also has two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

The living-dining room opens directly onto the terrace, and the kitchen, although separate, has a small counter that connects it to the living room, making the space feel larger. It also has fans in all the bedrooms and in the living-dining room.

The pool is located 10 meters from the apartment, and in addition to being large, it is surrounded by a pleasant natural lawn year-round. In addition, this apartment comes with a parking space in the underground parking garage beneath the building.
