Villa Calagute Phase 2 is ideal for a group getaway that’s close to the entertainment strip and lined with eateries, this 6 bedroom house is ideal. ☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.

☆ This villa is 2 min walk (200 mtrs) to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 6 AC bedrooms & 5 bathrooms with Shared swimming pool + Pool table + Foosball Game Table with another 4BHK villa (PHASE1). There is also a Carrom board. Free WiFi with 50 -100+ mbps speed.

☆ Villa has 4 king-size beds & 5 single beds (one room has 3 single beds): On request, single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.

☆ Check in at 1:00 pm and Check out is 10:00 am. Flexibility is based on availability.

☆The pool is shared with the next door villa, namely Villa Calangute Phase 1.

☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.

☆ 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Generator on site).

☆ Parking is compounded for 2 Cars.

The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks
