Cottage of 70m², decorated and equipped with care to welcome you in the best conditions of comfort. Its advantages ? Its location, a breathtaking view of the sea, the calm, a totally preserved environment, the absence of overlooks, the first beach just 3 km away, very complete equipment.
Location:
Nestled at the bottom of the Gulf of Sagone, 30 minutes north of Ajaccio, Calcatoggio is an ideal base for exploring the west coast, the gulfs of Sagone and Porto and the Calanches of Piana while staying in contact with the Ajaccian hinterland , Corte (1h45), Propriano (1h45) and Bonifacio for the bravest (2h30).

The environment :
The house is located halfway between the village of Calcatoggio and the beach. Despite the immediate proximity to the sea, the house is located in the countryside. No other home will disturb your peace. You thus benefit from all the advantages of the coast (beaches, shops, activities, etc.) while regaining calm when you wish.
The land has an area of 3000 m², the house has this cottage and another rental (terraced). The owners live 3 km away, they want to be there to meet your expectations while remaining discreet. The terraces of the 2 locations "turn their backs", thus avoiding all overlooks and thus preserving everyone's privacy.
The road passing over the house is sometimes audible, never annoying. Many former tenants congratulated themselves on the calm of the place.

The gîte:
Covering an area of 70 m², the gîte consists of:
At r. d.c .: a living / dining room and a kitchen,
Upstairs: a bedroom (1 bed 160 * 200 cm), a bedroom (1 bed 140x190 cm), a bathroom with corner bath, a WC.

Interior equipment:
The cottage is fully equipped, so that nothing is missing: very complete kitchen equipment, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, TV, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, ... and more (extensive library, first aid pharmacy, etc.).

Outdoor equipment:
You can enjoy a large shaded exotic wooden terrace with panoramic sea views. The terrace is equipped with a teak garden furniture, an outdoor kitchen (sink with hot water, hob, counter), a relaxation area, a hot outdoor shower, sun loungers, barbecue.
Services :
Rental of sheets (8 € / set) and bathroom linen (4 € / person), end of stay cleaning option (package: 55 €).

From the start of the booking process to leaving the property everything was perfect. The owners are lovely brining us eggs from their chickens to clementines from their trees. It is a very special place and I had a very special holiday with my 88 year old mother

One of the most beautiful holidays

The holiday was excellent. The house is very nicely located with an incredibly beautiful view. Those who love nature and go on a down-to-earth holiday are in perfect hands here. The owners are very nice and mega likeable. We enjoyed the holiday very much and recovered well. We were in Corsica for the first time and it won't be the last time.

Unfassbar schöner Ausblick- sogar direkt nach dem Aufwachen

Wir haben ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes, schönes, kleines Haus im Grünen mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick vorgefunden- so wie auf den Fotos auch ersichtlich. Im Sommer ist es bestimmt noch schöner, da man sich dann viel auf der Terasse aufhalten kann. Wir hatten im Februar zwar blauen Himmel und Sonnenschein, aber uns war es zu frisch, um auf der Terasse zu essen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Wandermöglichkeiten, wofür man jedoch das Auto nutzen muss und die Strände mit dem glasklaren Wasser sind einfach unfassbar schön. Wir kommen wieder 🥰

Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch und ist etwa 20 Minuten von Ajaccio entfernt. Der Garten und der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Hin und wieder gab es sogar frische Eier von den Hühnern =) Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ohne Auto geht nichts, aber der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa innerhalb 10 Minuten Fahrtweg erreicht.

Ein kleines Paradies!

In diesem gemütlichen Ferienhäuschen mit wirklich einzigartigem Blick haben wir gemeinsam mit unseren Hunden eine herrliche Zeit verbracht. Man braucht nur den Kopf im Bett anzuheben um den herrlichen Blick auf das Meer zu geniessen und dann erst die Terrasse - einfach einzigartig. Francois und Beranger sind sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter und es fehlt an nichts. Für naturverbundene Menschen genau richtig - wir kommen gerne wieder! Beate und Uwe

Le top des gites!

Idéalement situé entre mer et montagne, ce gite est une véritable pépite. Il est rare de tomber sur des endroits aussi bien entretenus, décorés avec goût et proposant autant d'équipements. La gentillesse, la disponibilité et la discrétion des hôtes sont également à saluer. Les "résidentes" de la basse cour sont devenue nos copines au fur et à mesure du séjour ( c'est sympa une poule! ). Pour conclure, tout était parfait et nous espérons y retourner un jour. Beautiful cottage with amazing ocean view

The cottage is beautiful and we enjoyed the ocean view. Berangère is a perfect host and gave us lots of information for hiking, sightseeing and beaches. The house is equipped with everything you need e. g. for cooking and the clean-up at the end as well. We'd love to return again!

Vue superbe sur le Golfe de Sagone, entre mer, plages et montagne. Gîte calme, spacieux, bien équipé, idéalement situé pour visiter les nombreuses merveilles de la Corse : Ajaccio, et les îles Sanguinaires, Sagone, Cargèse, les Calanches de Piana et ses fantastiques randonnées, Porto et la réserve de Scandola... Tolles Quartier - nette unkomplizierte Vermieter

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Hervorzuheben ist die schöne Terrasse mit der Gartenküche und dem tollen Ausblick, den man auch von einem Schlafzimmer im OG aus hat. Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen, egal, ob Strand, Stadt (Ajaccio) oder Wanderungen verschiedener Schwierigkeitsgrade. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und insgesamt uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
