The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was also relatively clean, but the maintenance of the rooms and the building is the bare minimum. Parking is free.

The price is adequate but we had to ask for another room due to the first room being dirty. There is only one small elevator for a long hotel. Parking is limited so do not come late.

The staff were fantastic! I witnessed an interaction of an angry man who walked in being very loud and disrespectful and the gentleman at the front desk remained professional and kind the whole interaction. I also left my phone at the front desk when I arrived and they kept it safe for me until I came back to claim it. I would definitely recommend this place!

Not very clean bathroom or hotel hallways, stale air smell in room like it’s never aired out, bed was ok, shower was amazing when you finally got the temperature regulated. Older hotel but we were just looking for a bed for the night, and that’s what this was. Staff was nice when we checked in and out.

Shower, TV not working and used and dirty bedsheets was just shoved in a corner. If you plan to sleep and do nothing it's okay. If you want to relax, drink some coffee or tea while resting defenitly try the other nearby hotels they may have better services, amenities, and working tv and shower.

Overall experience okay until noticing the mattress the next morning. The sides of the mattress were stained yellow and had holes all over the sides too grossed out to pull off the sheets fully and see the entirety of the mattress. With the price of hotels in Calgary you would think mattresses would be replaced regularly.

They don't have a kitchenette and the fan in the toilet was really loud, the light on the wall stopped working from the second day. The only reason that i stayed there is because the private appartments cancelled several times and it's hard to find a hotel in a relatively low price. Don't expect too much!
