The bed and pillows are ridiculously comfortable. Wonderful quiet sleep. Facility very clean. A pleasant 10-15 minute stroll to the city centre to Chinatown and other many food options.

This was a very cute hotel with a lot of restaurants and shops around. The hotel room was nice and clean and renovated. The only thing that was inconvenient was that not all rooms have fridge’s.

Hotel is very modern. The staff on the night shift Aug 6th 12am was extremely rude. I went down to get some snacks and never been talked to like that from any hotel staff. I travel allot for work and I’ll never stay here again

We've been to this hotel three times. Lovely location by the Bow river. In downtown Calgary with lots to do nearby. The hotel is really clean with friendly staff and some of the rooms have excellent views over the Bow river.

Some cool features, automated shades, etc. but our shower didn’t work properly, rooms are small, no fridge, TV options are limited. Area is kind of sketchy- we didn’t feel comfortable walking in the neighborhood.
