Breakfast was good with the exception of variety of fruit. Only had apples to offer both times I was there. Receptionist was very courteous , helpful and friendly.

We found a bug in our room crawling on the bed. We Took a video and showed it to the front staff who did not seem surprised. The staff member said “ the window could have been open” and “you brought that in with your bags”. Mind you Our friends who had stayed in another room a couple doors down had a bug on thier roof as well. We asked for the managers number and we were handed a card with no name on it. She wrote the managers name on the card and when we called she answered and said the manager isn’t available. Very disappointed.

The place was cute and quaint. The curtains didn’t close all the way in the middle and the sun shone quite brightly for those mornings you need to sleep it.

Our room got upgraded which was great! it was really close to restaurants and 17th street. The slide and hot tub were amazing ! Breakfast was good but lacked fresh fruit.
