Everything was fine with the exception of the airport shuttle. We arrived at 10PM and had to wait until 10:40PM for the shuttle. At other hotels a shuttle is sent when requested. Maybe this is standard practice at all Calgary airport hotels, but if not then I would suggest finding a hotel which can provide a shuttle upon request. Waiting 40 mins after a long day of traveling and a 2 hour time change was not at all pleasant. Otherwise everything was fine.

This is a beautiful property. The rooms are very nice and clean. The bathroom was beautiful. I did not like the noisy people in the nearby rooms. I had a hard time falling asleep. I finally had to go into the hallway to let them know they were keeping us awake. This was around 11 PM and I had to be at the airport by 5:30AM. This strongly affected my rating. There should be discussion at check-in about quiet time after 10PM.

Phenomenal! Anytime I travel, I typically stay the night before my flight at a hotel to catch the shuttle to the airport the next morning, and I stay at most Courtyard Marriotts and they are all consistently wonderful. The staff at the front desk was so helpful, the rooms are so clean and organized, the restaurants are delicious and will even bring you food to your room if you decide you’ve had a long day and just want to eat in your room. The shuttle is always on time and they are always informative and ask about your trip! I’ll always come back to the Courtsyrd Marriott!
