There is no Air conditioning for this house. (All bedrooms are provided with fans.)

Construction Notice – Since the neighborhood is newly developed, there may be occasional construction noise during the day. Exterior landscaping and backyard work is not completed and may happen during your stay. However, no interior unit access is required.
