We recently stayed at this hotel and had a bad experience with the pool. The chemicals in pool were so strong, it stripped the color of my daughter’s swim suit from blue to almost white. In addition my children and husband all had burning eyes, throats and developed a cough from being irritated by the chemicals.

Parking is a challenge but they do their best. We had an over height vehicle so understandable. The complimentary breakfast had a decent number of options but not outstanding. Just ok. Bed was great. Super quiet room. Good location. All amenities available. Helpful and courteous staff.

Acceptable, but be aware..

I decided to book this property for a family trip due to it's location. Initially, I had issues with how this property handles it's Check-In, the night prior to my arrival, I was contacted by the property for a "Pre-Authorization" charge to apparently guarantee the room, otherwise I would have my rooms cancelled. The person who contacted me, Jamie, was rather rude to me over this misunderstanding of the situation, I was very confused by this process and found it very suspicious, I have stayed in well over 2 dozen hotels, maybe more over several years and I have never had any other property do this before to me.. My issue with this is that another family member that I was travelling with had requested to let him to pay for the rooms + charges on their personal CC, so I did not want mine charged and I have no access to someone else's CC. Things however did clear up after an early morning phone call with a different employee, but just beware if you're not used to hotels doing this, that this property will pre-authorize the card on file the day before. Aside from this issue, the property was good, with the stand out features being a nicely done morning breakfast with plenty of options, underground parking that was easy to access, and overall what was a clean hotel lobby. The rooms do have signs of wear and they are looking a bit dated compared to the most newer modern of hotels, but that's to be expected for it's age. Overall it was an acceptable stay.
