Very comfortable bed. Our room on the 5th floor overlooking the LRT Train Line was very quiet. Couldn’t hear the LRT train. The underground parking is a plus.

The management at this hotel is terrible. My family had a horrible stay at this hotel where we realized on our 5th night there that all along, our hotel door had only been making a clicking sound as it it auto-locks when we leave the room meanwhile it never locks! The hotel management was unable to resolve this matter on time and the technician sent to fix the lock ended up locking us outside the room making me, my wife and my kids stay outside for over 40 minutes in our wet swimsuits which eventually dried out on our bodies and my children developed a cold. This also made me miss an important business meeting as my laptop was locked up in the room and I couldn’t access the needed docs. On getting back to the room, we found several houseflies (pictures attached) in the room. When we brought this issue up with the general manager of the hotel, she played it down and said houseflies ain’t a big deal and could be found anywhere, even after I had clearly outlined the potential health hazards of houseflies and the diseases they could transmit. She belittled the horrid experience we had at this hotel. I hope no ther family has to go through what we went through in the hands of this hotel and this lady and I hope the relevant authorities properly look into the insecurity issues and health hazards at this hotel.

Express check in and staff is friendly and professional. The downside is left over foods not cleaned out from previous guests and appearantly the cleaning staff missed it. Also, the room is not sound proof. The kids were running on the hall way and randomly knocked on the door until 10pm. Finally thought you could have a good sleep and loud machine noise feom the street and last almost an hour. Other than that, hotel is in good condition.

It was clean and tidy, breakfast was great,lot of varieties. Front desk staff were very polite and helpful. My grandkids like the swimming pool and waterslide a lot. The only thing i want to bring up is the bathroom towels. We had 4 people but received only 3 every day.
