Our condo has some of the best unobstructed views of the Bow river along with stampede grounds. It’s across the street from BMO Center and Saddledome, perfect for hockey games concerts or business meetings or a night out trying you luck at cowboys casino along with top line restaurants all next door. Santerra food market one block away for food, snacks. Not to mention great for family with kids only 5 min away from the zoo. everything you need steps away.

Blocks away from Stephen Avenue and 17th Ave where you will find some of the best restaurants, shopping and bars perfect for the foodie in you. Not to mention amazing shopping along the way.

It was a smaller layout than anticipated based off of description. Fairly nice little layout with more modern features. Host was quick to answer calls when needed clarity of issues. Great view with close promixity of BMO center. Netflix was available as a streaming service for entertainment. Hot water was great for showers. Tidy and presentable upon arrival. Quiet space to enjoy. Communication was difficult with instructions that were unclear, confusing and were not consistant with what the book in time was to what the host stated. This created difficulties entering the pent space smoothly, creating frustration. Multiple appliences were malfunctioning (microwave didnt open, sink took a long time to drain, one of the sliding doors to the bedroom fell off the track while staying and would not open, balcony door couldnt shut properly leaving it not properly aligned to be able to lock, pinball machine also did not function). There was no instructions or mention about having to pay for parking, resulting in parking tickets that the host advised to ignore, yet tried to claim they put in the confusing instructions which were not the case. Limited amount of blankets for the pull out bed where individuals were cold with requiring using the electric fireplace to stay warm. One towel per guest staying and lacking the things stated that would be readily available to be ised by guests.

Company started issuing threats of extra charges. Couldn’t see that I had two nights booked. Posted a message to the owner in March regarding my two day booking in September. No word back. Double charged me for cleaning that wasn’t completed. Very poor experience overall. Nothing worked, lights microwave, no blankets for the couch pull out, no coffee in room. Wrecked chair on deck. Elevators a known issue to residents of the building. Parking is ridiculous in cost! Had to go looking for towels. Figured they might do the math regarding supplies for people booked for the room.? Stay at a hotel

No blankets for pull out couch, microwave not working and door wouldn’t open. Led lighting not working, game not working. No coffee in room.Chair on deck broken, and in the process of folding in half. No black out shades, expect to be up with the sun. Unit faces east! Elevators are an issue. Was nervous to use them. Doors would shut and the entire unit would shutter. Another reason to stay in a hotel. Very disappointed!

Apartment was advertised as 2 bedroom. It was in fact - 1 bedroom and 1 lounge room. Sofa bed in lounge. Not suitable for adult family to share beds. Very misleading. Apartment was very clean and great view and unfortunately due to misleading info we had to check out and find alternative accommodation. Not even partial refund offered.

I reached out to the owner about recent bad reviews and asked what they were doing about the cleanliness issues and check in concerns. I waited several days for a reply, in which they blamed VRBO and sent updated check in instructions. on arrival, the new instructions made things more CONFUSING. they are not in sequential order, and half of the info says FOB, and half says FOBS - so it seemed like we should get several? the owner says its his primary residence - no one lives here, it's not a residence. this must be for liability.the ad was for 2 bedrooms - this is BARELY a 1 bedroom. the second bedroom is a sofa in a living room- this is not accurate.no bedding was provided for the sofa bed, we slept in a sheet on the bed so my friend could sleep comfortably on the pull-out. (she was expecting her own room based on the ad)the ad mentioned premium wine stock and spices/condiments. the place was WIPED out, had not been replenished. not even salt and pepper. this building is FULL of short term rentals and the residents are not happy. one of the elevators was broken when we arrived, the second elevator broke after the 1st night. this is a 42 story building, with 1 (small) elevator functioning. you cannot go to your vehicle without the elevator, so you're stuck waiting. we got locked in the stairwell! elevator took up to 30 minutes PER TRIP to wait, and lots of times you had to wait for the next one.the balcony is full of tripping hazards and uncomfortable seats. STAY AWAY!

This was a difficult property for me. The directions to the unit were not clear as the instruction referred to it as tower 2, but all signage at the location referred to it as the south tower. The elevators require a fob which you will not have access to until you are in the apartment. The pinball machine doesn’t work. The led lighting didn’t work. The TV’s and fireplace tripped and there was not a circuit or gfci to reset it. The patio furniture is bent and doesn’t support weight. There are no locks on the bedroom door. The wine swap was not active. There was no bedding available for the pullout couch. The location is good and the views great. The decor is really great. Just needs some attention to details.

We didn’t even get to the room Went to park the car and couldn’t pay for parking Went to the elevator waited for at least on hour saw a heap of other people who were all whining about their accommodation and how the lifts are so slow full and only one working decided this e wasn’t for us so we went and found some better accommodation and a working lift Don’t be tempted by the cheap price 👍😳

Ok... there's the "real" low down on this place!Great location, great unit albeit tiny, well decorated & appointed with lotsof dishes, cutlery & spices altho some are old, bed comfy...Now for the issues...The check-in process is ridiculous! Its very convoluted, confusing and the time-out of the elevators after 5 mins is just an added inconvenience passed onto guests. They don't explain well enough where the garage door is located between the 2 buildings? Which take up the entire city block on all 4 streets around them (garage door is on 3 ST S.E)The codes they provided in the check in instructions are not entirely clear which "code" is for which door (building vs. Condo), so frustration trying the 2 to get in the building from parkade/lobbyWe met another couple once inside who also struggled with their codes/instructions so i wonder if it was the same mgmt company for their unit, also on the 24th floor....The place "appeared" clean however we noticed some issues The Telus remote was filthy, the shower curtain has yellow water stains on the bottom needs a washing, the towels are grey, old looking and 1 had a nasty looks like blood stain on it... all needs good bleach cleaning or toss them out... coffee pods were Nespresso, not suitable for the Keurig in the suite so no coffee for us when we got up, 1 bulb burnt out in a lamp in the bedroom, no batteries in living room remote, pinball machine not working, we will not be back and i doubt they care, did not respond toemail

Great Stay, place was nice and cleanly. My only complaint was that the "check in" process was very long and confusing and I never received any "check out" process so I left feeling unsure if I met the criteria set out by their standards

It was terrible the building is not marked tower 2the elevator wait times you out so you have to go back down to the lobby and start over then the towels had black hair on them no body soap in the shower and the pictures make it out to be bigger i was disappointed with every aspect of the stay
