GENERAL
This condo unit is on the main floor of the building. A quiet and tranquil place to stay; whether you're travelling for work, or looking for a getaway with a loved one, this condo is the perfect place for your temporary home.

KITCHEN
The full kitchen comes complete with everything you need, and dishes can easily be cleaned in the dishwasher. Full coffee station offers coffee pods, as well as tea to choose from.

Complimentary sugar, and cream are also provided.

Cleaning supplies, garbage, and recycling are under sink.

LIVING ROOM
Inside you’ll find a bright and inviting living room furnished with a 55” smart TV and a sofa.

BEDROOM
The comfy bedroom comes with soft mattress fitted with a comforted protector, along with full, freshly washed linens, pillows, and duvet.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is clean and tidy with everything you need, along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to help protect against the harshness of dry Calgary air.

OFFICE
There’s a dedicated office space for when you need to work on the road. A comfy chair to ensure your relaxed and comfortable while you work.

LAUNDRY
Washer and dryer are available along with detergent to keep your clothing fresh. Clean towels and linen are also stocked if needed.

• Additional visitor parking must be registered for by scanning QR code in lobby.

• Initial entry to building is by dialing buzzer. Buzzer code will be given on day of arrival (only to be used one time for first building entry).

• Keyfob will be waiting on kitchen island for easy access in and out of building for remainder of your stay.

• Keyfob must be left on the island when you leave, otherwise there will be a $150 replacement fee.

• Self check in with smart lock so no need to worry about key for door (code will be given on day of arrival).

• Garbage room key is attached to key fob so you can access the main garbage room in the middle of the parking lot. Garbage and recycling can be discarded here.

• Free in-suite washer and dryer.
