You won’t find a better spot to be when youre exploring Calgary or doing day trips to Banff, Canmore, Kananaskis, or any other epic mountain destination! [Please note: Calgary is not a historically hot or humid city (even in the summer), and this condo does not have air conditioning. Great Host & Property!
Jessica was very communicative about construction happening in the building which did not impact our stay after all. The location was walking distance from so many great restaurants. The apartment was clean and I was also able to use the gym.

Great location
Close to everything if you like to leave the car at the condo and site-see on foot. Bow River area is wonderful. Condo is quiet and has most everything you need. A/C would be appreciated but I recognize the above average temperatures are not the norm. Great communication with the host!

Nice condo in a great downtown location
My husband and I spent two nights here at the end of our trip. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and very conveniently located in the heart of downtown Calgary. We were able to walk to the river and rent bikes to ride the great Bow River trail and to a nearby restaurant. Jessica is super responsive, friendly and very helpful. She goes above and beyond with instructions for access, ideas for things to do, places to see, restaurants etc. She even followed up to make sure I had received check-in instructions. The only thing that could be an issue for some is that because the security is so thorough (a good thing) getting to and from the condo from outside or the parking garage is not quick and easy.The condo is on the 8th floor and the parking spot is in the lower level 4. All require a fob for access. It was fine for two adults who were coming and going together but could be a bit challenging is you have small children or going separate ways at times. There is a 20 minute free parking in front however for unloading/loading your stuff upon check-in and out. Overall, a great place to stay with great hosts!

Calgary condo was perfect!
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, our hosts super responsive and the location was close to everything we wanted to do while in Calgary. Jessica gave us tips for places to go and things to see, and even extra coffee pods when she learned we were coffee lovers! Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Our time at Eau Claire
This was a great home away from home for a few days while my teenager and I explored Calgary and the surrounding area. We commented many times how quiet the area is while being so close to downtown. The space was exactly as advertised. My daughter slept on the comfortable pullout, which had linen and pillows provided. Everything we needed was there, including suggestions for local stores, restaurants, groceries, etc. I would definitely recommend this space for a couple or 2 people getting away.

A serene and well equipped property. Quick access to the Eau Claire park, which provided a lovely, easy walk along the Bow River to downtown and the Kensington area's cool shops and restaurants. Friendly and accommodating hosts.

Perfect Little Spot
I came to Calgary for a work conference and found this location was only a few minute walk from the conference location. It was perfect for what I needed. Close enough to walk back and forth. My family (husband and children) joined me for the weekend and we had a little family time. It was good for one night with my children. I would not stay too many nights with a family as there is only 1 bedroom and a fold out couch. But for the 1 night we stayed together it was perfect! The property was very clean upon arrival and the check in procedure was pretty flawless. The building is very secure and I felt safe my entire stay. Every time I had a question Jessica was very quick to respond with a detailed response. I would be happy to stay at this location again if I needed to stay downtown Calgary.

Location location location
The suite is on the 8th floor of a 16 story secure building in a quiet area close to downtown. Princes Park and Bow River walking/biking/scooter trails are all within walking distance. Great coffee just around the corner. The suite is very clean and comfortable. A fan is provided, no AC. Good instructions for elevator and parking is provided by the host. I highly recommend this accommodation, great value for the price.

Lovely Stay
Perfect location with walking distance to all downtown amenities, and a short walk across Peace Bridge into Kensington! This unit was the perfect size for a couple to experience the Calgary lifestyle downtown. It was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Great location and fantastic hosts!
The location is great, walking distance to the city centre and a nice promenade by the river. The condo lived up to our expectations. Our hosts make us really feel welcome and were attentive to our needs. Check in process was easy. We also appreciate that there is a laundry facilities in the building.
