Nice hotel, not fancy ... loved dinner at the FOX restaurant. >> Our upgrade King Room was great, and clean. Balcony with 2 chairs, provided a nice view of the city. >>> We left an iPad behind but Ivy went to a UPS store, got it packaged and sent back to us. This process was quick and excellent. Exceeded our expectations. Yes, we did pay shipping cost.

I froze in my room as the AC in the building was defective (customers can't control the climate in their room). The girl at the desk was a dingbat and didn't know what to do. Someone eventually sent me a space heater and blankets.

Clean room, although we had a leaking toilet, but once they were aware they were quick to get someone. Pet-friendly and super helpful. Was disappointed in room service, as it states it is available starting at 7am, but no room service until the evening.

If you are getting a room at this location, make sure it won't be on 9th (top floor). The hotel equipment on the roof or merchanical room is so loud and noisy that I could not sleep the entire 1 night I was there. Not going back.
