It’s fine.

The property is clean & the neighborhood is nice & quiet. We were attending a conference at the BMO center, it was about 10-15 minutes drive, not bad. The challenge was that there is nothing like pot holders, paper towels or dish cloths. We did buy some. Also little things like towel racks would be nice.

Property was good but it wasn't cleaned

The property was good, but we booked 3 rooms, 1 was not made up when we arrived - garbage was left, towels were on the floor in the middle of the bedroom, the bed was half stripped. I tried to reach the host, after 30 min I called the help line. They suggested we should be ablet to get a refund on cleaning since it was not clean when we arrived. After an hour, the host responded. I asked for a discount and they gave me the option of a re-clean or a refund. I stressed this was not a RE-Clean because it was not done in the first place. No refund or discount has been given. This was very stressful as we needed all the rooms. Some of our group wasn't arriving until very late. Good thing, one was there at 3, or we would have had nowhere to sleep that night.
