The waterslides & waterpark are like no other hotel offering a free pool, simply amazing! My daughter absolutely loved it and so did all the adults. We loved the in-room dining as well as the upscale feel of the hotel. Parking was right outside and conveniently located.

It is so difficult to get room service at this hotel for some reason. No one ever answers, you constantly get rerouted and then have to go downstairs to order - then get charged a gratuity and service charge for them to bring it to you. It's a bit ridiculous.

Great rooms, wonderful staff and wow...what a great couple of waterslides. My kids and I spent hours on the slides. Worth the stay alone.
