While I have stayed at this hotel many times in the last few years, I admit I will try another hotel next time. The staff is great the Location in Granada is good but the noise is just to much. the location on Ave Sexta is us to noisy to get a good sleep along with the Hard beds and pillows. For a Party weekend I guess this would be great but I'm getting to old for that. The rooms are also not very quiet as you can here the other rooms very clearly. the staff is good especially housekeeping.Good cheap room but I'm moving to a new area next visit.

I wrote to you on Jan 21 (the night after my stay). No respond from Hotels.com. In the backend of you booking system,if your engineers do a search history, you will see that I was specifically looking for a hotel two rooms with the features of free breakfast free Internet free parking and pool. We selected Hotel six Avenue from the list recommended from the search. Unfortunately we were gravely disappointed! First of all their parking was full so we had to pay for parking on the corner even though this was included in the price secondly this morning we had to check out at 6 AM and breakfast didn't start serving until 8 AM. The worst however, is that when we arrived they informed us that the pool is not in service in fact the pool was removed and in its place they are installing hot tubs but they won't be ready until next week. Had we known that hotel six Avenue would not be able to for fill our requirements we would never have booked and the front desk was not interested in doing anything for us for the inconveniences. I am writing to ask that as a gesture of good will, booking.com provide a credit to my account for the full amount of these two rooms, against future hotel stays in light of his problems. I think this will be very good customer service on your part seeing as how We are long-time active customers.

Hotel Six Avenue is excellent for the price. The staff was friendly, room was nice and clean. The only disappointment was that the pool area was closed during our stay. The area is full of bars and dance clubs so if you are into that the hotel location is perfect for you. There was some noise from the street but nothing major. I would definitely stay at Hotel Six Avenue if I ever visit Cali again.

Great area but street noise is the drawback. But hotel is modern clean friendly and has AC which is a plus. Nail salon on property is very good. Restaurant not much to brag about and the if the restaurant staff could show any enthusiasm it would be ok. Hotel staff friendly. Good bakery across street. Close to good restaurants n bars.

Good value good area

My 2nd stay at the hotel. Great value for the area.Staff is attentive and nice. Breakfast is not much to brag about ,it was better before the restaurant was remodeled in my opinion. A new beauty salon has been added which is Great. It's on a busy street in Granada is there is street noise.will stay again, many restaurants nd bars nearby to enjoy.

Not bad

If not for the sketchiness of the area at night this hotel would have rated a 4. Nice enough place with a great sauna. Good for overnights before flying out. Was charged more than stated price for bottles of water and did not notice until after. Not a huge deal, just annoying.

Very nice hotel in Cali

I had a very good experience with the Hotel Six Avenue. I booked a couple of days before arriving in Cali. The staff was very polite and the room very clean. The bed was massive! The bathroom had a very good shower with hot water. I enjoyed the jacuzzi and Turkish bath on the top floor of the hotel. I would definitely recommend and I will be back to the same hotel the next time in Cali. Very good value for money.

Great location & new

This was a new, safe & clean hotel in great location. The only things bad we're that there was it water for my entire day stay, the mattress was too hard, and the internet kept disconnecting every 5-10 minutes. I let themknuw about the hot water problem but it wasn't fixed during my stay. They have laundry service and my clothes were ready in 1 day.
