Hôtel situé au bord de la route

Hôtel pas accueillant, très bruyant car situé au bord de la route et mal insonorisé. Aucune viennoiserie au petit déjeuner.

The place is very beautiful. The room is huge very comfortable very elegant. However, my room is right off 29 and there’s a lot of traffic all day and all night but they do have a noise machine in the room which helps and I wore earplugs. Love the cookies they’re better than double trees, and the ladies that checked me in were very very nice

It was a very rainy week - it was cozy - room was a perfect fit for our needs to just wait out the weather. Great shower and soaking tub. Restaurants, book shop and grocery just a few blocks away.

Elegant hotel

The hotel room was wonderful and fun. Granted, I found it strange to have a glass wall with a curtain to block off the massive tub/shower from the fireplace view. I suppose it is there if you are alone and want to watch the fireplace and soak in the tub. Just different. Regardless, the bed was comfortable, the balcony nice to access, and all amenities were easy. Additionally, the staff were nice and helpful. Finally, the breakfast was simple, but nice to have, and the coffee machine is good. However, if you are an early riser, do know that the lobby is not open until 8AM, and you'll have to go into town for coffee/tea.

We are happy to hear you enjoyed the staff here. We here at The Bergson strive to give the best customer service and make our guest feel right at home. As for our lobby hours, we are currently in our winter hours and open the lobby at 8am. For all our early risers we do have coffee makers in all the rooms to enjoy some coffee when you wake up. We will take all your feedback into consideration.We look forward to your next visit here with us.

The property was small and intimate. Rooms were large and very charming with antiques. Clean property and lovely light coffee, juice and muffins for breakfast in your room or down in the lobby.
