The house, pool and all its amenities were perfect for our group of three families. The pool was perfect for the younger children with a large shallower area. The amount of outside seating was amazing, allowing us to enjoy relaxing and eating outside at all times of day. The house was fully equipped for all our needs and Kiki was extremely friendly and helpful, we would highly recommend.

Wonderful family holiday

We had a wonderful stay here with family. The children (ages 3 and 6) loved the pool. The location was great, very quiet and peaceful with horse riding nearby. The house was clean and modern and Kiki was very helpful throughout our stay!

A month in the country

We spent a delightful and relaxing month here, with extended family. The house and grounds are lovely, very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. As keen swimmers we loved the large pool. You can drive to the pretty hilltop villages of Callian and Montaroux for the morning bread (too far to walk, sadly) Further afield, Lac St Cassien and the coast provide great variety and all are accessible by car from this rural location. A couple of minor snags in the house during the month but nothing to mar our visit, and Kiki responded promptly to our queries.

Gorgeous family home

We loved our week here from the moment we arrived to a very warm welcome from the super friendly and helpful property manager Kiki, who met us there. The house is really comfortable and super well equipped.

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay at this house we are a family of six adults one youth and three children and we had a fantastic time, The house is laid out in such a way that we all had our own space, everything we needed was on hand, The pool was a good size and perfect temperature and the BBQ area was great in the evening to chill out, thanks to the owners and all associated for a smooth and efficient booking we would not hesitate to recommend Thank you!

An amazing home, a more amazing host!

The home is in a beautiful area, has every amenity you can want, and is a peaceful retreat. Large and well appointed, it hosted our large group easily. However, the real treasure was our interaction with Kiki, who was our contact and host for our stay. Kiki went above and beyond in every way. She greeted us and helped us transport our luggage to the home. She graciously made a reservation for us at a local restaurant after she made the recommendation. it was the perfect match for our group. Then, when we ran into difficulty with a reservation in Cannes, she saved us with coming through by finding a great restaurant to eat, no easy feat for a group of 35! Not only did the house provide everything we needed, Kiki made the experience even better. Our trip to southern France was everything we hoped it to be! We would be lucky to have the chance to stay gain in the future.

Un beau sejour malgré quelques bémols

Belle maison tres joliment dĂ©corĂ©e, dans un ecrin de verdure absolument enchanteur ! Deconnexion totale ! Chambres et sdb assez nombreuses, cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, charmant coin piscine. La proprietaire est tres sympathique et accueillante (communication par messages) et Kiki qui gĂšre la maison est adorable et d'une grande disponibilitĂ© ! Seuls bemols : le wifi est mauvais, le gros frigo americain est tombĂ© en panne plusieurs fois durant les 4 jours, nous obligeant Ă  le vider entiĂšrement pour tout mettre dans le frigo du bas qui ne fonctionnait pas exceptionnellement bien non plus, le barbecue a Ă©tĂ© inutilisable, et l'un des lits superposĂ©s n'est clairement pas fait pour des adultes (mĂȘme des ados ou adultes pas trĂšs grands ), donc inutilisable durant notre sejour. Globalement malgrĂ© ces quelques tracas nous avons passĂ© un agreable sĂ©jour. La region est magnifique , les villages de Callian, Montauroux, Fayence , absolument ravissants, y aller pour profiter des marchĂ©s ou pour y prendre un cafĂ© en terrasse sur les petites places est un incontournable ! Et le Lac de St-Cassien n'est pas tres loin. Attention : dans la maison et ses environs, on est quasi en zone blanche: sur 11 personnes seules 2 captaient le reseau telephonique (ce qui n'est absolument pas de la responsabilitĂ© des propriĂ©taires).

Heerlijke vakantie .

Een grote woning waarin wij als familie een hele fijne vakantie hebben gehad. Er is van alles te doen en te beleven met kinderen. Het zwembad is erg veel gebruikt.

Grande maison avec beaucoup de potentiel sur un immense terrain. Malheureusement, il y a beaucoup de choses Ă  refaire - manque d'entretien. MĂȘme si quelques-unes de nos demandes n'ont pu ĂȘtre rĂ©solues durant tout notre sĂ©jour (nous n'avons jamais eu d'Ă©clairage dans la piscine/la chaise haute n'a jamais Ă©tĂ© remplacĂ©e - un comble vu l'Ă©tat de la chaise !!!) les quatre personnes sur place (Kiki, Sabrina, RĂ©gis et le jardinier) ont toujours Ă©tĂ© trĂšs disponibles et gentils. En fin de compte, quand on est en vacances et pour la somme payĂ©e, on n'a pas envie de rĂ©gler tous les problĂšmes de cette maison

Good family home but lacking in the details

Good location and brilliant family amenities. Great outside kitchen although dirty and needs a fridge. Stayed for 6 weeks but had a long list of small issues which could have been resolved if someone had paid more attention ahead of our arrival. This was very disappointing- slightly run down and tired house, light bulbs to change, broken furniture, broken tiles at the pool, not very clean for the price we pay. Frédérique was quick to reply and rectified a few things but the list was endless. Apparently The housekeeper, cleaner and gardener had covid
 Spent a lot of money and feel there could have been some gesture for the length we stayed. There is a need of maintenance in this house for it to be a rental. With this attention to detail there is potential for the house to be a great find.

belle villa, trop éloignée de Callian,(surtout pour des motards comme notre groupe) et l'obligation de prendre un moyen de transport pour aller au centre ville (4 kms x2). Aucun réseau téléphonique sur tous les opérateurs du groupe.Juste internet à proximité immédiate de la villa. Bonne prestation de Kiki,trÚs réactive aux problémes de la semaine (1 wc HS,une piscine sans robot donc impossible à nettoyer,mais prob vite solutionné). Séjour satisfaisant

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Wij hebben met zijn twaalven twee weken vakantie gevierd in een heerlijk groot huis. Wij als ouders samen met twee dochters en hun gezinnen hadden door de indeling ook alle privacy. Huis was top en zwembad alle dagen kunnen gebruiken.

Maison au calme trÚs agréable et bien équipée

Notre séjour s'est trÚs bien déroulé. Kiki a facilité notre arrivée et nous la remercions. La villa est dans un Havre de paix pour ceux qui aiment la nature. Elle est trÚs bien équipée, avec aussi plusieurs terrasses et salons de jardin, top. Seul petit bémol, le bbq qui ne fonctionnait pas , et la plancha, seulement d'un cÎté de la plaque.
