Interior
With 293 m² of built area, the villa has been designed to make the most of the natural light and offers stunning panoramic views of the sea. The spacious and welcoming living room features a comfortable sofa, fireplace, large dining table and Smart TV with access to regular channels, Netflix, Spotify, YouTube and more.

The modern kitchen features a large cooking island and all the appliances you may need, including an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, filtered water, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a breakfast area with a TV.

The villa is committed to sustainability and is equipped with a reverse osmosis water system, solar panels and a convenient and efficient recycling system.

From the living room, you can access the large terrace with breathtaking views of the coastline. The terrace features a comfortable chill-out area and direct access to the infinity pool.

The property also includes an independent guest house with its own private entrance, providing additional space and privacy.

The guest house can be used during your stay, but it is not available as sleeping accommodation. It features a living room with TV and internet, a small fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine, as well as a full bathroom with a rain shower.

Important:The maximum capacity of the property is 10 guests. The independent guest house may be used as an additional living space during your stay, but sleeping in the guest house is not permitted. Parties are not allowed, and groups of guests under 25 years old are not accepted.
