As you step inside via the hallway, you’ll enter the living area with a dining table and with a comfortable sitting area with sofa, two relax seats and a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to whip up delicious meals: fridge, freezer, induction cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The bathroom downstairs has a shower, sink and toilet for your convenience. There is also a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and an iron with iron board.
From the living room area, you’ll have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks on the lounge set or dine al fresco on the dining table while grilling your favorite dishes on the BBQ while enjoying the beautiful sunset in the mountains.
Upstairs via the internal staircase, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms with double beds and fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has access to a balcony with a sitting corner for enjoying the beautiful views toward the Oltamar and Bernia mountains.
