For shared use: property (fenced), terraced garden with plants and flowers, swimming pool fenced (12 x 8 m, depth 40 - 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Unconventional pool shape. WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, table tennis, children's playground. In the house: lift.
