This comfortable, spacious villa is situated in the quiet residential area of Enchinent, just 1,5 km from the beach and many shops, bars, and restaurants of the lively resort of Calpe. A very peaceful location with easy access to all amenities. There is a panoramic view of Calpe, the sea, and the famous Peñon de Ifach from Juanjos´s balcony, whilst the villa is set in an extensive terraced garden bordered by trees and shrubs, with a kidney-shaped swimming pool, BBQ, and shaded outside dining area.
Inside, the house is furnished in a bright style and is well equipped. This villa is a two-story holiday home. All the living accommodation is on the upper floor of the house, with steps from the parking area and further steps leading down to the pool area. A large first floor affording the most fabulous panoramic views.Lounge/dining room with fireplace, Sat+TV+DVD.
The kitchen is well equipped and a utility room with a washing machine. There is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The two twin bedrooms share a further bathroom.
