Holiday villa with magnificent sea views and private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for up to 8 people. The villa is built on 2 separate floors with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The villa is located in a very quiet and cool urbanization on the Oltá mountain. This will provide easy access to the center of Calpe, just 4.2 km away and 4.6 km to the nearest sandy beach. The nearest supermarket is 3.6 km from the house.
On the ground floor: Large living-dining room with TV and access to the covered terrace with sea view. Equipped kitchen (with Fridge - Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Toaster , Blender). 2 double bedrooms (with 2 single beds in each). 1 shower room.
On the upper floor (access via an external staircase): Living-dining room with 2 single beds. Small open kitchen (with gas and electric hob). 1 shower room with WC. 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds).
Equipment: Free WiFi Internet connection. Washing machine.
Outside - fenced plot: Large private swimming pool of 10 x 4 m. Outdoor shower. Barbecue built. Parking for 2 to 3 cars on the plot.
