EXTRAORDINARY VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA). For a maximum of 8 people.
DISTRIBUTION: This majestic property is accessed by a wide and modern staircase. A front door gives access to the interior where we find an entrance hall, then a large living-dining room with a sofa and two armchairs where we can contemplate the views of the villa as well as enjoy a quiet reading. In this same space is the dining room, a large modern, sober and elegant table. Right next to it is the kitchen. Modern and perfectly equipped with all the household appliances necessary for the preparation of meals, the distribution is very friendly. At the entrance, a corridor on our right gives us access to the first two bedrooms of the property. A double bedroom, with a large bed. A large wardrobe is at our disposal, near this room is a bathroom with shower. Continuing, we have access to a magnificent suite, with direct access to the terrace and a private bathroom with a shower. Back in the entrance, a third bedroom is available to us, with a large double bed. A bathroom is located nearby with a shower. Finally the fourth bedroom, at the end of the corridor with a private bathroom equipped with a shower. The decoration of the villa AQUILES is modern and refined, plants come to soften the structure with geometric and modern influence of the furniture. The colors anthracite gray and white, with metallic touches of gold and bronze form a modern and sophisticated combination. The bedrooms give access to the terrace for great comfort, the living room is convivial and the distribution divides in a very functional way the spaces dedicated to rest from those dedicated to sharing and conviviality.

The garden is functional and minimalist in style, with touches of white that bring purity and a sense of order and impeccable cleanliness. The swimming pool is accessible directly from the living room, a dining table with chairs allows us to prepare meals. A chill out area, in the shade, offers an alternative between having a meal or lazing around on the sun loungers. To share a refreshment or play a game of chess, the place is ideal for recharging one's batteries. Sun loungers are located on either side of the swimming pool, under a large parasol and offer exceptional comfort. Located behind the villa, the barbecue allows you to prepare delicious grilled meats without being bothered at the table by the inconvenience of smoke. An outdoor shower allows you to cool off between two dives.
