Charming summer villa with private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca), perfect to accommodate up to 8 people. Distributed over two floors, the villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering a comfortable and relaxing space for an unforgettable vacation.







INSIDE:



On the MAIN FLOOR, you will find a spacious living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, air conditioning in the living room and another in the hallway. The separate kitchen is equipped with gas stove and dishwasher. Two large bedrooms with two single beds in each, and a spacious bedroom with a double bed. Also on this floor, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The GROUND FLOOR, with independent access, houses a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.







ABROAD:



The outdoor area is cozy, with an 8x4 pool (Depth: Min. 1m - Max. 1.70m), Roman stairs and a refreshing shower. Enjoy moments of relaxation outdoors with the portable barbecue available. Parking on the plot is convenient, with space for up to 4 vehicles.

Family holiday

Lovely villa - clean and comfortable. Plenty of outside space and lovely sized pool. Could have had a welcome pack with information regarding local area etc ( places to visit, nearest supermarkets, doctors etc) but guess most people would just Google it these days
