This new luxury residence is located in Calvi, as close as possible to the beach, in the wooded and protected environment of the Pinède, an ideal location allowing you to forget about the car (private parking)!
We are 1km from the port and the Citadel of Calvi by the seafront promenade.
The CASINO supermarket with bakery, newsagent and shops is a 2-minute walk away, the beach is a 5-minute walk away without crossing a public road.
The 50 m2 apartment extends on each side by two large terraces of 30 and 20 m2, shaded. Here, we live outside!
High-end services with reversible air conditioning, Wifi,
good soundproofing, quality furniture and equipment.
Possibility of renting linen (sheets, towels, etc.) at a very reasonable price, the beds will be made on your arrival.

Tres bon Séjour à Calvi

Emplacement ideal, location très propre accueil sur place avec Laetitia parfait (disponible,à l’écoute et très bien organisée) petits ajustements éventuels à améliorer lors de l’arrivée : le nécessaire minimum ( huile sel poivre sac poubelle …) quantité de vaisselle aussi un peu léger par rapport à d’autres expériences de location

Belle appartement avec grande terrasse ombragée, résidence située dans la pinède de Calvi avec plage à pieds à 3mn, commerces proches. Pour profiter de la cité corse sans en subir le monde du centre-ville (qui reste très proche). Bien équipée, moderne sans mauvaise surprise. A conseiller. Et prise en charge sur place de grande qualité. Merci

Schöne und gut gelegene Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die meiste Zeit auf der großen beschatteten Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pinienwald vor dem Strand verbracht. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Sehr angenehm ist die begehbare offene Dusche.

l'appartement est très proche des belles plages de Calvi et à proximité immédiate du supermarché CASINO. Il est assez loin du centre ville de Calvi, sauf si on a une voiture. Il manque VRAIMENT le wifi et la télévision. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances
