In the first line of sea, on cliff of 10m of height, with accessible cove, conference to the island "El Toro" and to the islands Malgrats. Large kitchen with table for 8 pax, fully equipped. It has 3 room in main plant and a suite in top floor with terrace. Living Room and lounge dining room with chimney, both with exit to wide terraces equipped with furniture design and a summer dining room. Impressive views from the whole house. Residential area of Santa Ponsa, very close to the Golf.

Magnifique vue sur la mer dans un quartier tranquille

La maison est spacieuse et fonctionnelle, elle permet d'accueillir un groupe important, nous étions 10 personnes. La piscine est grande et agréable. Nombreux couverts et cuisine bien adaptée. La terrasse est immense et tellement accueillante que l'on n'a pas envie de la quitter ! L'emplacement de la maison est idéal, au calme, sans doute dans la plus belle rue de tout le quartier. TrÚs bon accueil, malgré notre retard. Encore désolé...

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa. Check in was easy. The villa was lovely and clean with all bedrooms made up, with spare bedding and heaters if needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need and was nice and spacious so everyone could help cook. Plenty of space to sit both inside and out, room for all the family. The pool area was great and the outside toilet and shower meant no walking wet feet inside. The villa was easy to find and is in a nice quiet area. The best bit of this villa is without a doubt the view, we highly recommend staying here.

Family Holiday

Lovely house with amazing views. Plenty of space for the whole family. Kids loved the pool and was in it most of the time. A car is a must for you to be able to get about but other then that I would definitely return to the villa.

Sehr schöne Villa mit perfektem Blick aufs Meer

Sehr schönes Haus in erster Reihe oberhalb der FelskĂŒste mit perfektem Blick vom FrĂŒhstĂŒckstisch direkt aufs Meer. Kein Neubau, aber gut gepflegt und gerĂ€umig fĂŒr 9 Personen oder mehr. Der Esstisch ist ausreichend groß und durch zusammenstellen der Sofas finden alle gemĂŒtlich Platz. Dazu gibt's einen Pool, großzĂŒgige Terrassen und einen Kamin. Ansonsten auch mit Elektroheizungen warm zu kriegen im Winter. Einzig die KĂŒchenausstattung an Messern und Schneidebrettern könnte etwas besser sein. 3 Betten sind Kinderbetten und nur 1.80m lang, die Doppelbetten sind okay, teils aber nicht super bequem. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und problemlose Kommunikation per E-Mail und WhatsApp.

Lovely area with a great view

The villa is fantastic located with a beautiful view. We were 9 adults living in the villa, we had a very nice time and enjoy all seven days. Unfortunately the beds were not optimal for 3 of our friends, they were more suited for children, the beds was to short. 2 of the sunbeds was broken. But otherwise everything was fine:-)

Tolles Haus bei toller Lage

Wir haben diese Woche unseren Betriebsausflug mit 10 Leuten dort verbracht. Es gibt bei dem Haus nichts zu bemĂ€ngeln. KĂŒche ist super ausgestattet. 30 min bis Palma mit dem Auto. Kann ich wirklich weiter empfehlen.

Schöner Meerblick

Die Villa ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber eine gute Lage, einen herrlichen Meerblick und sehr nette EigentĂŒmer, die sich um alles kĂŒmmern. Es ist alles da was man braucht...auch Spielsachen fĂŒr Kinder. Es ist sauber und hat genug Platz fĂŒr viele Leute. Der Supermarkt ist 5 min mit dem Auto. Palma ist auch nicht weit. Wir wĂŒrden die Finca wieder buchen.

Haus mit WohlfĂŒhlfaktor und mit perfekter Lage direkt am Meer

Nun sind wir "WiederholungstĂ€ter"..... Und auch dieses Mal hat uns das Haus wieder sehr gut gefallen. Ruhige Lage direkt am Meer und einen freien Blick auf die KĂŒstenlinie zwischen Toro und Malgrats bzw. auf den Horizont. Schöne Einrichtung mit WohlfĂŒhlfaktor und auch die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend. Viele Sachen sind mittlerweile auch erneuert worden, sodass man merkt das das Haus einfach gut betreut wird. Wir haben ja einen guten Vergleich da wir vor 2 Jahren schon mal im Haus waren. Wie auch schon von anderen GĂ€sten beschrieben ist es schon besser einen Mietwagen zu buchen, da Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder auch andere Infrastruktur nicht fusslĂ€ufig gut zu erreichen sind. Abschliessend ist noch zu erwĂ€hnen, das auch dieses Mal die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber als auch die Betreuung vor Ort sehr gut funktioniert hat. Einfach sympathisch und auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.

Lovely Villa in a lovely area

The villa was far better than expected, amazing setting and it was very clean and tidy with loads of outdoor space which was perfect for a girls weekend away. I’d recommend a car purely just for food shopping but it’s only €15 in a taxi to Magaluf and even closer to the centre of Santa Ponsa. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice villa, great views

The villa is nice though slightly old and tired and could use some little maintenance works. The view is stunning and it is, in my opinion, the highlight of the villa. Check in and check out weren't the smoothest. Unfortunately we did non speak Spanish and Pilar's family didn't speak much English and that created some unpleasant misunderstanding, like having agreed a checkout time only to be kicked out an hour earlier of what agreed (and not in the friendliest possible way). Last remark is on the deposit. We were told that the deposit needed to be increased as we were a party of friends, that smelled a little but we paid and didn't complain. Once there, one of us sat on a chair and one leg fell apart. We looked at it and it was full of glue marks all around the break, indicating that it had been broken before and poorly reassembled only for the next tenant to break (and pay?) It again. In the end 60eur were deducted by our deposit and honestly arguing would have not made sense. Nevertheless we felt it was rather unfair, also considering the tone of the email we received to announce the deduction. All in, mixed feeling, but nice weekend though.

Fabulous villa, stunning views.

Myself and 5 friends stayed at the villa, which was truly fabulous. Owner waiting to greet us, lots of basic foods, and toiletries also. Very comfortable and roomy, with lovely pool area, with stunning views. Will hopefully return in the future.The only downside was the lack of a local grocery shop, but again not a problem, if you stock up at large supermarket in Santa Ponsa.

Great location with awesome views and comfortable accomodation

The view smacks you in the face as soon as you walk in the front door. Right on the cliff top with a view of the sea and small islands, it's wonderful to spend time on the terrace and garden together. the house is spacious and comfortable - with a young family there are plenty of bathrooms and places to sit together or alone. Good facilities in the kitchen and for washing. As we visited in early April - whilst the weather was kind to us - the pool was cold - as was the sea. But a wonderful holiday location none the less. Thanks to our hosts.

Sehr schönes Haus in phantastischer Lage

Fantastische Villa

Wir waren zum Teamtraining mit 8 Leuten da. Wurden sehr freundlich von den Pilars begrĂŒĂŸt. Genug Platz. Alles in der KĂŒche vorhanden und das Haus sonst top ausgestattet und gut gepflegt. Der Blick ist grandios. UneingeschrĂ€nkt 5 Sterne.

Beautiful spacious property with amazing views, highly recommended

Recently visited the property as a party of 8. The owners did everything possible to ensure our arrival was smooth and even purchased some shopping for us, because we had a late flight. The property is very homely whilst providing all the requirements for a holiday let. It's not possible to describe the amazing views from the property, as it must be experienced to be appreciated. The swimming pool was warm and clean. It took about 45mins to walk to the centre but a pleasant walk. There are a couple of small supermarkets in Santa Ponsa which are well stocked. I would highly recommend this property and would love to go back.

A lovely house with beautiful views

We were a group of 10 and just spent 5 days at this very lovely family home. The kitchen was very well equipped and all the bedroom comfortable and clean. Pilar and her family were great and the whole experience was really positive. Great breezes on the deck and while it was cool in April kids all swam and it would be ideal in the summer. Thank you Pilar!
