WIFI / FIBER Ground floor: Fitted kitchen - dining room with fireplace, separate living room, 1 bedroom and mobile air conditioner (1 bed 1.60m), Shower room, wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and portable air conditioner, each with a bathroom and wc (2x3 beds 0.90m), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60m) with bathroom (balneo bath) and wc. Laundry room (freezer, washing machine, sink, shower, wc). Clothes dryer, water softener. Baby equipment available. Oil-fired central heating.
