The private stairs down to the sand from your oceanfront deck give you direct access to long walks along beautiful Moonstone Beach as well as Shamel Park. Enjoy countless sunsets overlooking the beach and ocean with a local glass of wine in hand!

This home offers one King bedroom and two Queen bedrooms along with three full bathrooms-- there is plenty of comfortable space for your family and friends! Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace, enjoy a good book in the reading nook or prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen without ever losing your view of the ocean. Fantastic location. Furnished nicely. We were there for a weekend wedding so didn’t get to enjoy The beach house as much as we would’ve liked. We would like to rent again sometime for a longer stay.

We had an amazing time. The beachfront location was perfect for watching the sunset and crashing waves while sipping wine on the deck. The house is stocked with all the tools for preparing meals. A true paradise. Wish we had stayed longer.

Awesome view!

Just walking through the gate tells you that you have found a perfect getaway place. Right on the beach with big waves and very few folks on this beach; a cup of coffee on the deck early in the morning was the best. Three good walks nearby. The kitchen had most of what folks would need to cook.

Stunning beachside paradise!

This was the PERFECT house for us! You can to get closer to the big waves and stunning sunsets. The house is in terrific shape and has such a welcoming vibe. A few of the reviews had some negative comments, but that was not our experience at all! This place was purely awesome, and the property managers were great.

We had a lovely time and this will now be our go to summer beach rental. Please note to those with young children, we would recommend taking them to the calmer San Simeon Beach for swimming. We have older childer, who are strong swimmers, and they did enjoy the wildness of the ocean at this location.

I've been staying at this property for many years, and it never disappoints. There have been a few upgrades since my last visit, and I couldn't be more pleased. Close locations to either Moonstone Beach or to Fiscalini Ranch for a walk. The staff are always welcoming and the home and mainly its location speaks for itself. I also like that it's one story with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee or your evening wine. The views from the deck cannot be beat!

We cooked all seven days so I would suggest the kitchen could use some new pans, glasses, and silverware. Also my husband uses a walker so grap bars in the shower and by the toilet would have been helpful. The house was clean and very close to town.
