This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Marine Terrace rental offers a spacious floor plan with a
bedroom, bathroom, living room, deck, and incredible ocean views on each level, offering
privacy and leisure for all guests. The kitchen, dining/ living room, queen bedroom, and
bathroom with walk-in shower are on street level. King bedroom with ensuite tub/shower combo,
living room and office space are on the upper level.

Situated just 500 ft. from the water and the Fiscalini Bluff Trail, and just steps away from the
Wedgewood Coastal Stairs where you can explore the many tide pools and take in gorgeous
coastal views. No driving necessary to access these wonderful sights!

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast, you will have many
options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a
short drive up the coast. The famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming
San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading
north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures!

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was extremely clean and very cute. In fact it was even cuter in person! The location is ideal, with walking and hiking close by, with a community feel of gathering to watch the sunset each evening. Kitchen was stocked and all items needed were stocked. I thought picking up the key in town would be extra work, but it was very easy and seamless.

A Heavenly Cambria Experience

This two story house, clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed, with a sweeping view of the Pacific Ocean, is a stone's throw to the trails of Fiscalini Preserve. Its the perfect Cambria house.

Unfortunately major remodeling was in progress on the house next door. Early morning trucks parked around us and loud men with working tools began each morning. Not easy to sit on deck or balcony to enjoy coffee and the view & sounds of the ocean.

Our family really enjoy the stay. As close as you can desire to the ocean with a walking trail right near by. Comfortable furniture although the beds were not exactly my style the kitchen was very accommodating. If you're going to stay here, you need to bring groceries. There is not much in town. One grocery store that closes quite early. One recommendation for those renting the place, please provide coffee and buy a Keurig. They are very affordable nowadays and my first morning was kind of a bummer waiting for the local coffee shop and grocery store to open up.

Sweet Respite

Perfectly suited for two couples and a dog. This was a beautiful location with the sounds of the waves nearby and deer and turkeys walking the streets. We had great walks along Bluff Trail, great food on Main Street and visits to Steinbeck, Austin Hope, and Niner wineries nearby. God willing, we will stay here again.

Beautiful remodeled home with ocean views. Exceptionally clean with comfortable beds, nice linens and towels. 1/2 block to oceans edge and close by walking paths. Breen property managers do a good job and are easy to communicate with.

We had a lovely stay over the winter holiday. The house was cute and clean and contained everything that we needed to enjoy ourselves. The location was amazing. It was next to the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve with some nice walks. And best of all there was a beautiful ocean view upstairs where enjoyed watching the sun set. The children had a great time as well.
