They tried to charge my card twice!

Dear Maria,Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I would like to inform you that I have taken a look at your account personally. Rest assured that you were not charged twice. We normally place a 50 authorization on the card for hotel collect reservations but it looks like a hold was made for the entire amounts stay. Rest assured this hold was released the moment you checked out. I do apologize for the confusion. If you have any further questions about your bill our team is always happy to assist in explaining. View from room was amazing. But that’s about it. The room was old and run down. Furniture outdated and dirty.

Lovely, newly renovated room. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Good value for what you get.
There was a big bag of trash in the hall, which was odd.
We would definitely stay here again.

The front desk associate at check inn was very helpful and informative of the area and facility. The room had a nice view of the ocean. Would definitely stay again.
