We booked this last minute and were so glad we did. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Our room was nice and comfortable. Great location to explore Cambridge. Would stay there again.

Late check in but early check out

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower gel bottle was empty. I called the reception and the reception said someone would bring it to the room later but never came! The hotel did not have room available for check-in before 4 pm but asked us to check out at 10 am the next day.

The Hilton Cambridge City Centre is ideally located, in the heart of Cambridge, close to many of the colleges and the bars and restaurants in the centre of the city. The hotel has it's own car park, with valet parking and all the staff employed at the hotel are helpful and friendly. Checking in and out was trouble free and our room was warm and comfortable, with all the facilities you would expect from a good quality hotel. As we have come to expect from previous visits to Hilton hotels, breakfast in the morning was excellent, with a good variety of options, both hot and cold. If we return to Cambridge in future we would definitely stay at the Hilton again.
