Easy checkin and free cookies. Parking isn’t free unless you are an IHG member, so make sure to join before arriving. Room was fine. Comfy beds and pillows. Shower good if not hugely hot. I think the hotel is used by a lot of business people as it gets noisy from 6AM onwards as people slam doors. So don't expect a quiet lie in. Breakfast is actually very good, although if you arrive before 8:30AM you may struggle to get a table.

Hotel is in a great location and I have stayed here before, but on this occasion the condition and cleanliness was poor, dust on the the room numbers, thick cobwebs on signs in the corridor, the timescale build up in the baths makes it look like they are only cleaning the main bits regularly. Marks on the bedsheets (clean but marked) For the price I would expect better

Room was nice and bed was comfy. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. Teas and coffee included. Only downside we had to pay £10 for parking which we didn’t expect.
