This apartment isnât a typical vacation rental â itâs our home by the sea, carefully designed to offer a sense of peace, elegance, and connection with nature.
Located in a quiet and family-friendly community, the apartment sits directly on the beachfront, with private access from the communal garden. No streets to cross, no traffic in front â just the sea.
The property measures 100 mÂČ: 67 mÂČ indoors plus a large private terrace with open views of the Mediterranean. The layout is practical, bright, and comfortable:
Two spacious bedrooms, each with a 180x200 king-size bed, high-quality mattresses, and generous storage.
An open-plan living and dining room, with a large sofa, access to the terrace, art pieces, photography books, sculptures, Smart TV, sound system, and tasteful décor. Plenty of natural light, open views, and cross ventilation.
A high-end kitchen with a gas stove, two ovens (traditional and steam), microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, quality tableware, and everything needed for serious cooking.
A modern bathroom with a large shower, soft towels, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. Bed linen and cleaning products included.
A furnished terrace, ideal for breakfast with a view, reading in the sun, or dining outdoors with the sound of the sea in the background.
