The staff was friendly at check in but as soon as we walked in the room the whole thing was dirty, the floors had dirt and debris everywhere and the mirror above the sink had splatter marks everywhere on it and the microwave was filthy and the tub was dirty and stained really bad and the sheets were stained and very wrinkled and had crumbs on them and as soon as we turned on the heat the smoke alarm went off and I went to the office and told the staff and right away she had an attitude and told me that I needed to open the door and window because it’s like all heaters that when you first turn them on they smoke so you have to open the door and window, she came in the room and opened the window and there was no screen in it. They did not offer continental breakfast, my mom asked at check in but when booking online it said free continental breakfast when booking the room, the whole experience was awful, needless to say as soon as I got off work and got back to the room my mother and I packed up and left the same day!

The gal who does the cleaning and maintenance was over the top. My fridge wasnt keeping food cold enough. She replaced it immediately and said if any food was bad she would replace it. Wow!
