We have stayed here before, comfortable, staff is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is provided and coffee is always hot and available, however, the television service is not great, no local channels, which may not be that important for most people but it was for me, television would sometimes mute itself, the hot tub was broke, and the pool was green. Overall, it was a decent experience.

This is a nice, clean, affordable place to stay. It was comfortable and close to the Ozark Ampitheater, where we went to a concert. Breakfast in the morning was very good and the kitchen area was kept clean and neat. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in town for another concert!

This place was ok. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, but the pillows are too small and we didn't like them. The outdoor pool was gross and green. The indoor pool looked good. The free breakfast was maybe 1 out of 5 stars. Not great. And .maid service did not clean our room. So that was also not great. But we asked the front desk for clean towels and that was all we needed

The hotel was very clean. Room was beautiful. Loves the space. However . The breakfast was ok. What made this place horrible. Call ahead. The outdoor pool was closed for maintenance. It's super small. The hot tub didn't work. The indoor pool the heater was broken. So it was an ice box. Do not plan on parking a boat in this parking lot. Too small. Big trucks and buses had trouble parking here. There is an awesome boat ramp 3 miles away from here that charges 10.00 to take out and they will store your boat for 5.00 a day . When you take it out it's 10. This saved us! Auto zone and Walmart are across the street. Great location. Call ahead about the pools would be my advice to make they fixed them.

The hotel was good. It would be nice if check in staff were a little friendlier. The lady was stand offish. She never greeted us when we walked by or even look up. The management should work with staff and remind them to act like they really want the customers to stay at hotel and have a great experience.

We were on the 4th floor and the hallway and our rooms smelled moldy. We had to run the air with the window open for two days and it finally got better. The pool was closed due to an employee taking home the keys to unlock the gate. We were told they will not come back just to unlock the gate.There was never anyone at the front desk in the evening if you need anything. We were very disappointed. I'm glad we only stared for two nights

Rarely if ever do I leave a bad review but we did not have a good experience here at all, it’s been a week and the issue is still not resolved . I booked a suite and was given what they call a larger room. No couch or hide a bed. Simply more walking space between the bed and tiny tv. No jacuzzi. Simply a double queen room with a chair. I checked out after one night, was planning to stay 3 nights, that’s what I booked and am still being charged for. This has been a nightmare. I did book through Expedia, and have had many conversations with them beginning the first night. They have called the motel several times and spoke with someone and somehow this is still not resolved. The biggest problem being that I should not be paying for a suite, when I did not have a suite and the person who checked us in arguing that it was a suite. The morning staff agreed that at least should have had a couch.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the quality of the breakfast. Staff was professional. Very good price for the area. The bed pillows are small so bring your own if that is an issue.

Close to amphitheater

Very clean! We arrived 45 min early and we were allowed to check in. The hotel desk clerk kept us informed of changes at the concert. He also recommended an Irish restaurant that was excellent. We plan on using this motel again for other concer.
