The dead lock on the door did not work and the TV didn't work either. Room was clean bed sheets were fresh with no stains. Breakfast was excellent. Tea and hot chocolate was offered round the clock.

Disappointed
Publié le 26 déc. 2023 sur HotelsDust ruffle on bed was not put on properly. Blanket/bedspread was worn and ragged. They had a large selection for breakfast. I chose the muffins. I think they had been around for awhile as the were very dry. The bananas were way over ripe, one was rotten. Overpriced for what you get.

Decent stop on the way home
Publié le 18 déc. 2023 sur HotelsThis was a very friendly hotel with good breakfast options. The furnishings are old and the outside grounds could use some TLC, but it was very adequate. The mini fridge was excellent with a freezer section that worked. The shower was good. We will likely stay here again.

The advertised pool was not open and not disclosed. Even with requested housekeeping was not acceptable. The breakfast provided was not good (old). I will say that it wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed but it did not live up to my expectations.

I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. Yes our pool is closed and we have done our best to let every avenue of booking know of this closure. Housekeeping is done every other with Wyndham properties going green unless requested everyday, any issues you had will be looked into and corrected. As for the breakfast that is not typical and will be looked into and corrected as needed.
