"The property has a really nice atmosphere, especially in the pool and conference areas - they were fun, well-maintained, and added to the overall experience. The décor and layout felt modern and inviting. Our north tower King room was spacious and had a sofa pull out bed. One downside was having to pay extra for parking, which was a bit disappointing. However, aside from that, everything else was great. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, amenities, and welcoming environment."

"Although the room was clean the toilet was running for half the night. The tv remote wasnt changing the channels. There was only 1 elevator qorking and it didn't open for us 2 times. There was a soiled underwear on the floor from the night before until we checked out and when i advise the reception she told me oh its sunday the clearners start late"

"Room was clean, staff were friendly, the pool was open later and checkout was also later. We were there with our daughters hockey team and there was also another boys hockey team staying, the boys were super rude and disrespectful, throwing ice through the hallways, pouring pop down the stairwell, my daughter got a half full pop can whipped at her head which resulted in a goose egg on her head and a bruise , another girl from our hockey team had orange plastic balls whipped at her head while walking by. We put in a complaint and incident report and nothing happened to them the next night was the same thing other people had the same issues. They should have been kicked out or we should have been compensated a night for all the hassel . The parents on the boys team were also ding dong ditching our teams doors . I get hockey tournaments, but that type of behavior is what give these hockey tournament stays bad names."
