Primeiro dia de viagem, nao tinha água quente no Hotel. No segundo dia, depois de muito reclamar, me deram a chave de um quarto q tinha agua quente. Porem, qdo fui usar, o banheiro tinha sido usado, tinha toalha molhada na cadeira e cabelos no box. Depois, fui novamente usar o chuveiro e algum funcionario estava tentando entrar no quarto com outra chave. Sorte q eu havia colocado a tranca. Terrível. Muitos contratempos. Levando em consideraçao ainda q estava muito frio, deveriam ter permitido encerrar a minha estadia como solicitei e me devolver o dinheiro do segundo dia para que eu nao tivesse todos esses contratempos. Péssimo. Nao recomendo.

O Compacto Hotel já foi melhor, costumava ser a minha opção em viagens de negócios na região, tinha bom preço e apesar de simples tinha uma boa relação custo/beneficio, porém, caiu de mais a qualidade, café da manha está bem ruim, quartos envelhecidos, mal cuidados e não se tem mais nem aqueles sabonetes baratos mais( qualquer dia não terá papel higiênico) , na minha opinião está agonizando o hotel, não está valendo mais a pena.

Péssima experiência, quarto em geral com pouca limpeza. Tolhas de banho manchadas, não havia sequer sabonete, luzes queimadas, teto quase caindo, porta do box de chuveiro sem puxador dificultando seu fechamento. Roupa de cama de 5a categoria. Maçaneta da porta de entrada quebrada sendo necessário bater, com força, para conseguir fechar e para finalizar um café da manhã fraquíssimo. Tudo isso levando-se em consideração que a diária não é barata (+ - R$370)

Quarto pequeno, cobertor fazia coçar por causa dos ácaros. Chuveiro nao esquentava no dia seguinte. Tudo bem ser um hotel ruim... mas cobrar 500 reais na diária de um hotel assim é crime. O café da manha também deixou a desejar.

Não é péssimo, mas está longe de ser bom.

No primeiro dia não havia toalha no meu quarto, tive que solicitar duas vezes. Não havia um pano no chão para sair do banheiro após o banho, e o banheiro era muito pequeno, o que molhava o vazo sanitário e o quarto todo. Houve um dos dias da estadia em que não houve serviço de quarto e cheguei no quarto a noite com a cama por fazer, o lixo sem retirar e sem trocar a toalha. Além disso também tive uma experiência ruim no check-in e check-out, tendo que preencher formulários com caneta a mão, mesmo já tendo disponibilizados meus dados aqui na plataforma.
