Hotel is in a good location close to the river to go to cái răng floating market and to walk around the riverside but unfortunately that’s about the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. Overall this hotel is severely outdated with old furniture, stained towels/face cloths and uncomfortable low beds. Shower heads are too low and water goes all over the bathroom floor. Also the wifi was pretty much unusable and a hotel to me should have functioning wifi for people who maybe have limited or no data for the times they want to rest after a long day. I’ve stayed in many cheaper hotels in Asia before but this one just had no redeeming factors that stopped me putting up this review. Maybe for a night this hotel would be ok but I wouldn’t stay here again for any more than that.

My favourite thing about this hotel is that the room was VERY SPACIOUS and the beds were also big and comfortable. We got a room with two queen beds but I think the beds were actually king sized! The location is also very good as you can walk over to Ben Ninh Kieu/Ninh Kieu Wharf easily. In the morning we were able to leave at 4:45am to go to the Floating Market at 5:00am. Just a couple things I thought was odd: 1. They only give one key card (normally hotels give two). Initially when I asked for a second one they said they only give one but upon further questioning the staff were able to give me a physical key. 2. Drivers staying in the common sleeping area do not get any toiletries. This was disappointing because toiletries do not cost much... and the driver also needs to shower and brush his teeth! We had to request for extra toiletries to our room first in order to give it to the driver!

Comfortable, good value hotel. Just across the road from the wonderful river front walkway. We also had a great 8th floor river view. Good breakfast.

Hotel close to the river, floating restaurant.

Hotel staff cheating client, try to trick with the client after they booked with expedia.ca. The staff and manager try to over charge to me $70 cnd. When the traveler come to check in, the staff say something to the traveler can't do that (but that thing do not has in the Kim Tho hotel policy, when I booked with expedia.ca I never ever come back to Kim Tho hotel and told all of my frienfs do not book at Kim Tho hotel. I leaved at Lavender, New World, Rang Dong hotels in Saigon never has that happened. Can Tho now have Muong Thanh, West, Iris hotel new and nice clean than Kim Tho. Kim Tho do exactly what's you have in your policy, remember not only Kim Tho in Can Tho City. Can Tho is my home town, I know every where in Can Tho. The 1st time also the last time I'm in Kim Tho hotel.

Nice hotel close to Cai Rang floating market.

Clean. Close to downtown market area in Can Tho. Near waterfront and boats that can take you to the floating market for breakfast. Very close to a nice walking area along the waterfront. Fully equipped washrooms with plenty of counter space. Tub with shower.

Good location, basic but clean

This hotel was adequate for the area. Good location close to the dock where you go on the floating market tours. Most restaurants are close by. I would recommend against leaving the general area around the hotel as the city does not have much for tourists other then the boat tours and a few markets which are are close to the hotel anyways. The room was pretty basic but clean. We had a good view of the river though. There is great view of the city from the roof. On all the descriptions it says that there is a safe in the room. This is not the case. The safety deposit box is at the front desk so you have to leave your valuables at the front. The bathtub in the shower was really high requiring you to literally climb into the tub. The front desk staff met all our requests but the person who was working there at the time of my stay was not very friendly.

I got the VIP II room, the most expensive offered there. Air conditioning was set on lowest temp but only blowing fan mode. Refrigerator wasn’t even working. The facility throughout was like a sauna room. Beddings wasn’t fresh. Chaise must have bugs, after 2 hrs nap on it I have multiple bite marks back of both legs . Not recommended to anyone.
