BEDROOM: The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with professionally cleaned linen and ample wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM: The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. Please restock these items based on your usage and length of stay.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped for home-cooked meals with a fridge/freezer, stovetop, microwave, oven, crockery, cutlery, and a dishwasher. We offer a basic selection of breakfast items, such as milk, coffee, and tea. For longer stays, guests will need to purchase additional food items.
LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a smart TV in the living room, where you can log into your own Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note: We do not provide subscriptions to these or other streaming services.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer, plus an iron and ironing board, are available for your use.
PARKING: The garage accommodates 1 car. Additional street parking is available for $3 per hour.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
Your keys are stored off-site 1km (5 mins drive) from the property.

**Booking Confirmation** Guest verification is required before your reservation is confirmed (a local council requirement). Simply complete the process within 24 hours of booking â it`s quick and straightforward. Bookings not verified within this window may be automatically cancelled.
**Check-In & Check-Out** - Check-in: from 3:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM - Need a little flexibility? Reach out in advance and we`ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that unauthorised late departures incur a $110/hour fee.
**No Smoking | No Pets** This is a smoke-free and pet-free home throughout. Violations attract a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are welcome where required by law.
**Leave It as You Found It** Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy â excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).
**Registered Guests Only** Only guests named on the booking may stay. Booking for a team or corporate trip? Just let us know in advance â we`re happy to help.
**No Parties or Events** This is a quiet residential neighbourhood â please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.
**Families Welcome** Children are warmly welcome! Please note the property is not child-proofed, so supervision is required at all times.
**Bathroom Matters** We kindly request our guests to refrain from flushing wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Discarding them in the provided bin would help to prevent blockages in the sewer system, maintaining the pristine condition of the property.
This accommodation is great. The location is fantastic, close to the CBD as well as ANU. The dining options are very close and there is a huge variety of food.
Importantly, the accommodation was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Its great having a full kitchen, dining and lounge area, making a longer stay more comfortable than a hotel. I will definitely stay here again.
The apartment was everything that we wanted.
All amenities were there for our use.
The location was perfect for us as we parked the car and did not use it till we left. Transport is close by.
I had difficulty locating the lockbox to get the key, but that could be because I am an older person who does not expect these boxes to be in laneways.
